Ultraflex™ Flexible Lip Dies

Ultraflex™ dies without restrictor bars are used for product thickness ranges below 2mm (.080"). Ultraflex dies with restrictor bars are used when product thickness ranges span both below and above 2mm (.080"), or for highly degradable materials. EDI's FastGap lip adjusting system is commonly included because of the convenience of rapid on-line gap control. For frequent width changes, EDI's Fast Deckle system prevents costly down-time.
