Contour Die Feature

The uniquely 'sculplted' geometry of the Contour Die assuring uniform dynamic die body deflection across the die width, reducing the time required to adjust the die to within target parameters. Unlike conventional "constant-deflection" dies, however, the Contour Die has a coathanger manifold that provides streamlined flow allowing for a significant reduction in scrap. As a result of these features, processors may be able to increase throughput, within the production capabilities of their extrusion equipment.
