Six-Extruder Sheet Line

This facility provides an opportunity to test resins, multilayer structures, feedblock settings and other variables without the high costs and downtime of trials on your commercial scale equipment.

Capabilities for this line include coextrusion and mono-layer sheet that can produce a thickness range of 1 mil (.001") to 90 mil (.090") thick sheet and layer multiplication capabilities of up to 1284 layers. Sheet width capabilities are 762mm (30").
