Extrusion Dies Industries, LLC (EDI) has appointed John M.Wise as regional sales manager for its northeastern territory, it was announced today by Dennis S. Paradise, vice president of sales and marketing.

The region includes New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, the New England states, Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritime Provinces

“John brings nearly 20 years of experience in capital equipment sales and marketing, all of it focused on extrusion,” noted Paradise. “Many of our customers are already aware of his knowledge of the total processing system, including dies, and can count on his expert support in developing new projects.”

John Wise comes to EDI from Reifenhauser, Inc., which he joined in 1993 and served as general manager of sales and marketing. Previously he held sales engineering positions with Battenfeld Gloucester Engineering and Alpine American. He joined the plastics industry in 1989.

Wise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Southeastern Massachusetts University.
