Directions

Directions from the Chippewa Valley Regional Airport in Eau Claire, Wisconsin (Approximately 20 minute drive):

1. When leaving the airport go North on Starr Ave.
2. Starr Ave becomes Melby Street. Go straight through stop lights.
3. Take the 53 North bypass.
4. Take Hwy29 East Exit 95A.
5. Follow 29 East to Seymour Cray exit #79.
6. At the stop lights take a right on Seymour Cray Blvd.
7. At the 2nd set of stoplights take left on County I.
8. Follow County I. Go straight through stop lights and over the railroad tracks.
9. Take right on Halbleib and take first left on 1st Ave.
10. Take a right on Kurth Road.
11. We are on the right side.

Directions from Minneapolis, Minnesota International Airport (Approximately 1 ½ hour drive)

1. Take I-494 East.
2. Follow I-494 East to I-94 East.
3. Follow I-94 East to Highway 29 East (This is the Chippewa Falls Exit 52).
4. Follow 29 East to Seymour Cray Exit 79.
5. At the stop lights take a right on Seymour Cray Blvd.
6. At the 2nd set of stoplights take left on County I.
7. Follow Cty I. Go straight through stop lights and over railroad tracks.
8. Take right on Halbleib and take first left on 1st Ave.
9. Take right on Kurth Road.
10. We are on the right side.

Directions from Madison (Approximately 2 ½ hour drive)

1. Take Hwy 90/94 West.
2. Take Exit 70 (US-53 North).
3. Follow the US-53 Bypass to Hwy 29 East Exit 95A.
4. At the stop lights take a right on Seymour Cray Blvd.
5. At the 2nd set of stoplights take left on County I.
6. Follow County I. Go straight through stop lights and over the railroad tracks.
7. Take right on Halbleib and take first left on 1st Ave.
8. Take a right on Kurth Road.
9. We are on the right side.

Hotel Information

We have contracts with 2 hotels in Chippewa Falls:
The Avalon (Tel. 715-723-2281) is a full service hotel with a restaurant and bar. The Country Inn (Tel. 715-720-1414) serves a continental breakfast and is across the parking lot from the Avalon Hotel. Both hotels are approximately 10-15 minutes from the EDI facility.

To Country Inn or Avalon Hotel from Minneapolis Airport

From the Minneapolis airport take I-494 East. Follow I-494 East to I-94 East. Follow I-94 East to Highway 29 East(This is the Chippewa Falls exit). Follow 29 East to Seymour Cray exit. At the stop sign take left to downtown Chippewa Falls. Stay in left lane and take 124 North. At 2nd set of lights take right and Country Inn and Avalon Inn are on right.

To EDI from Country Inn or Avalon

Take 124 North through downtown Chippewa Falls. You will pass Leinenkugels Brewery and YMCA. Take the next right which is 1st Avenue. Go 1 mile and take left on Kurth Road. We are on right hand side.
