Ultraflow® I Coextrusion Feedblocks
With over a decade of field-proven reliability, Ultraflow I coextrusion feedblocks are currently in operation at hundreds of manufacturing sites around the world.
Exchangeable, streamlined flow inserts are the heart of the Ultraflow design and combine polymer streams in an optimal parallel-path manner. Plus, the inserts are readily exchangeable without having to disassemble the feedblock from the line if your coextrusion requirements change.

Ultraflow® IV Coextrusion Feedblocks
Ultraflow IV feedblocks are more compact and more streamlined than Ultraflow I, yet provide the same convenient access to the flow inserts via cover plates.
Exchangeable flow inserts are designed like miniature dies for uniform flow distribution before the point of combination. The compact feedblock design makes them ideal for use with Layer Multiplication Technology to help minimize the required space and reduce polymer inventory time.

Ultraflow® I-S Coextrusion Feedblocks
This is a highly versatile line of coextrusion feedblocks made with dependable Selector Spool technology and streamlined flow inserts (which have a contoured manifold design, like small dies).
The selector spool allows layer sequence arrangements to be preset upstream of the combining point in the feedblock without removing the feedblock from the line. The layers then pass through exchangeable, streamlined flow inserts, which combine polymer streams in an optimal parallel-path manner. Should the coextrusion requirements change dramatically, these inserts can be readily accessed and exchanged.

Ultraflow® II-C Coextrusion Feedblocks
This family of coextrusion feedblocks is ideal for dedicated production lines with low to moderate
throughput rates. The captured-insert design renders it both compact and economical. For well-matched viscosities and thick skin
layers, this design is highly effective. A minimal need for operator interface ensures product consistency. The Ultraflow II-C
coextrusion feedblock is elegant in its simplicity.

In-Die Coextrusion Feedblocks
The in-die coextrusion feedblock allows the final critical layers to be added within the die, shortening the path length of these important layers. Similar exchangeable, streamlined flow inserts in the coextrusion feedblock allow the inserts to be replaced if your production requirements change.
